Commercial privacy notice
Version p8.8-privacy-notice-v1 for the assisted paid-pilot product.
What DataMind processes
DataMind may process account identity fields, workspace/project metadata, customer-submitted CSV data, private conversations and analysis state, generated analytical evidence, and privacy-minimized security, operational and usage metadata needed to run the assisted pilot.
Customers must submit only data they are authorized to use with the pilot.
Retention and deletion
Private conversations have a maximum application retention horizon of 30 days after latest private activity. Immutable analytical dataset snapshots have a maximum application retention horizon of 7 days after creation. Authorized project managers can explicitly delete supported private project data earlier through the Private data lifecycle controls.
Application deletion does not guarantee immediate erasure of every backup, replica, external source or provider-held copy. Content-free deletion receipts, security/audit records and other minimum operational metadata may remain where required by the product integrity boundary.
Account closure and other account-lifecycle requests for the assisted pilot are handled through support at contact@bachkatov.dev; automated account deletion is not currently provided.
External LLM handling
DataMind uses Google Gemini as the reviewed external LLM provider when the deployment enables it. Private user content may cross that boundary only when external private-data egress is enabled and the project policy also allows private egress. Credentials, API keys and secrets are never permitted across the external LLM boundary.
The selected-dataset workspace binding supplies metadata rather than wholesale raw rows. Bounded local tools can still produce derived or allowed private analytical observations that may be provided to the model when private egress is enabled. Provider service terms apply separately from DataMind's software license.
The current deployment's egress status is shown on the DataMind workspace from the public commercial-disclosure endpoint.
