Authorized use

You must have the rights and authority needed to submit datasets, prompts and other content to the pilot. Do not submit credentials, API keys, unlawful material or data that your agreement or applicable obligations prohibit you from processing with DataMind or its configured providers.

DataMind provides bounded analytical assistance and evidence. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated judgment.

Pilot boundaries

The pilot uses finite plan quotas and supervised product controls. Service availability is provided on an assisted-pilot basis; no formal SLA, high-availability commitment, public self-service purchase flow or automatic overage purchase is created by this product page.

Plan status and quotas do not grant identity, tenant, project or data permissions. Existing authentication and authorization controls remain authoritative.

Data, external services and deletion

The current Privacy Notice describes retention, deletion and external-LLM handling. Where enabled, Google Gemini is an external service and its service terms apply separately. DataMind's project license does not override third-party or provider terms.

Explicit application deletion cannot be represented as guaranteed erasure of every backup, replica, external source or provider-held copy.

Commercial and support path

The first commercial mode is an assisted paid pilot. Pricing, invoicing, pilot duration, termination rights and any customer-specific obligations are handled separately from this product surface; P8.8 does not introduce automated billing.

Support and account-lifecycle requests: contact@bachkatov.dev. Security reports: security@bachkatov.dev.

These product terms are not a legal/compliance certification and do not themselves establish a jurisdiction-specific DPA, SLA or regulatory attestation.
