Privacy, legal & support
Review the assisted-pilot disclosures before sending private data. Account closure and privacy requests use the support channel; private security reports use the dedicated security intake.
Project private-data deletion is available below for authorized managers. Application deletion does not guarantee immediate backup/replica erasure, and automated account deletion is not currently provided.

Billing
Assisted-pilot billing state is recorded by an operator from separately agreed commercial terms. Billing records do not grant project access, change plan permissions or prove external payment settlement.
DataMind does not collect card data in P8.9. Tax handling, refunds, payment-provider checkout and automatic invoicing are outside this assisted billing foundation.

Plan & usage
Finite assisted-pilot guardrails keep dataset uploads and analysis requests bounded. These controls are operational quotas, not billing or pricing claims.
Project datasets
Upload an owned UTF-8 CSV into the private project. DataMind stores a bounded non-executable analytical snapshot; CSV is the only P8.3 upload format.
Maximum upload: 10 MiB. Archiving hides a dataset from active use without deleting its immutable snapshot; permanent snapshot deletion remains in Private data lifecycle.

DataMind binds your request to the active project dataset on the server. You do not need to copy a dataset reference, digest, tool name or model choice.

Authenticated read-only view of durable project state. Raw RAG chunks, source URIs and credentials are not exposed.
Durable conversation history and pending approval review are available. Agent replies are enabled only when the project and runtime permit private LLM egress.

Durable private history behind the analysis workspace. Advanced users can continue a selected conversation; the primary P8.4 flow creates analysis conversations automatically.

Private data lifecycle
Manager-only lifecycle controls for private conversations and durable analytical snapshots. Active agent runs block destructive operations.
Retention windows are maximum inactivity horizons: conversations expire 30 days after their latest private activity, while immutable analytical snapshots expire 7 days after creation. Explicit authorized deletion may happen sooner.
Pending approvals
Review exact bounded data mutations. This browser can decide existing requests but cannot create authority or consume grants.

Plain-text statements and provenance metadata only; no raw source passage, source URI or executable document content is rendered.
